Dreams
I've been having a lot of dreams lately. Today I remember my dream vividly. I was at an air port with some people. Some how I had a cell phone, and a device that allowed radio waves to work again. It was strange because I was trying to go home or some where. Everything was very expensive. It felt like time had stopped. My mom's car wasn't that common, but because of some strange effect became rare. Same with one of my companions. He was wearing things that normally could me mass manufactured easily, but because of the weird effect the items became unique, thus valuable. There was a point where my group accidentally made a ruckus by activating the device. Time seemed to move forward a bit, and the cell phone I was also holding rang. We almost didn't make it out safely.

mechanical wave: a disturbance that travels through some material or substance
medium: some material or substance through which a mechanical wave travels
longitudinal wave: displacement of the medium is in the same direction that the wave travels
