Now, I know there's a difference between volume and mass, but it's really a pain to measure things volumetrically when you don't have the proper tools. I'd like to buy a graduated cylinder, but no monies right now. So, either I make one, or I can figure out how to formulate my recipes by weight. I like using grams a lot better than ounces. (Familiarity through science classes? Kilograms are still hard for me to grasp.)
Ah! What to do.
